Carole’s Qualifications

Here is a profile of my professional qualifications:

• Graduate degree (M.A.) in Political Science, University of Alberta

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Political Science and Economics, University of Manitoba

• Post-graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution, Carleton University. 

I have professional coaching certifications through:

• the Co-active Training Institute (CTI); and

• the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the level of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). The ICF is recognized as the gold standard in coaching, globally.

In 2024, I obtained certification in Three Brains coaching with Christoffel Sneijders, Master Certified Coach with the ICF.

I also completed an enhanced coaching program (2020) with Dr. Marcia Reynold’s called “Breakthrough Coaching”.

I completed enhanced certifications (2018):

• Dr. David Drake’s Narrative Coaching Program; and 

• Judith Glaser’s Conversational Intelligence (CI-Q) Program. 

I am certified to administer and interpret the following psychometric tools:
