I have a rich background implementing organizational change and coaching leaders on a variety of leadership topics. I get what it takes to be an effective leader, with decades of leadership experience as an executive & manager within the Government of Canada.
Innovation has been a constant throughout my career as I looked for ways to approach leadership, people and opportunities differently. Coupled with a passion for learning, this has enabled me to embrace change in all facets of my life, heightening my curiosity. It is also what drew me towards 1:1 and team coaching, and leading Action Learning Groups, as these are places where change happens.. These experiences have afforded me the privilege to work with and support the professional development of executives and managers from a range of clients in both the Public Service and within private industry.
